Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1564 Ventures, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Lead Tube platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, acceptance records, and password (stored as a salted hash). Privileged operators may also register security keys; we store the public credential material and device metadata needed to verify those keys, never the key's private secret.
Lead Data. Our platform processes lead data you import or receive through Facebook Lead Ads and other intake sources. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, and form responses provided by your leads.
Conversation Data. We store SMS conversations between our AI system and your leads, including message content, timestamps, delivery status, and AI-generated scores and reasoning.
Operational Data. We record security and service metadata needed to operate the platform, such as sign-in IP address, browser user-agent, access time, delivery events, usage counters, errors, and administrative audit events.
Cookies. We use httpOnly session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Lead Tube platform
- To process and qualify leads using AI-powered conversations
- To send SMS and email messages to leads on your behalf through our configured messaging providers
- To generate lead scores, conversation analytics, and handoff recommendations
- To generate responses, scores, and recommendations through our AI provider; Social Security and payment-card patterns are redacted before these requests, and an additional phone/email redaction control is available to account operators
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information or your lead data. We may share information with:
- Service Providers. Messaging and email providers (including EZ Texting, SignalHouse, Twilio, and SendGrid), Anthropic for AI processing, Stripe for billing, Meta for connected lead-ad intake, and infrastructure providers that host the application, database, and backups.
- Your Organization. Other users within your tenant account can view leads, conversations, and analytics as permitted by their role.
- Legal Requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
4. Data Retention
We retain account, lead, and conversation data while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Archiving a project or tube hides it from active views but does not delete its records. We do not represent an archive action or subscription cancellation as a deletion.
When an authorized deletion request is accepted, access is deactivated first. Permanent deletion is separately reviewed, requires recent backup-restore evidence, and records a signed, separately retained deletion record so an older database restore can reapply the deletion before service resumes. Backup copies remain until the applicable hosted-database and object-storage retention periods expire. We may retain limited audit, billing, fraud-prevention, suppression, or legal records where required, using keyed or redacted identifiers when the record no longer needs the original contact value.
5. Data Security
Our safeguards include TLS in transit, encryption of stored provider credentials, httpOnly session cookies, parameterized database queries, tenant and role authorization controls, security-key verification for privileged access, bounded background processing, backup-restore verification, and audit logging of administrative actions.
6. SMS and Communication Compliance
Our platform sends SMS messages on your behalf. Its compliance controls recognize common opt-out keywords (including STOP, CANCEL, and QUIT), maintain suppression records, and enforce configured quiet hours and daily message caps.
You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to contact your leads via SMS.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict processing; request data portability; or withdraw consent. To submit a request, contact us at ops@1564hub.com. We verify the requester and the records involved before acting so one person cannot obtain or erase another person's data.
8. Children's Privacy
Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date.
